At Aavya, we ensure safe and timely delivery of your jewellery through our trusted logistics partner Delhivery.

Order Processing

​

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

 

Shipping Charges

​

• Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery pincode, distance from our dispatch location, and the selected shipping mode (Surface or Express).

• Charges may vary for nearby locations vs. farther destinations.

• Both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options are available:

  • Prepaid Orders – Lower charges compared to COD.

  • COD Orders – Additional COD handling fee is applied by the courier.

(Exact shipping fees, including GST and fuel surcharge, will be shown at checkout before payment.)

 

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities (nearby): 2–4 business days.

• Non-metro / distant locations: 4–7 business days.

• Express shipping is available for faster delivery, subject to pincode serviceability.

 

Service Interruptions

• Shipping timelines may be affected by strikes, lockdowns, courier delays, or natural events.

• In case of unexpected delays, we’ll keep you informed.

 

Order Tracking

​

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link and AWB number.

• Track your order anytime on the Delhivery website/app.
