Refund Policy

At Aavya, each piece of jewellery is crafted with care and attention. We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we do accept returns under the conditions mentioned below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable.

  • A mandatory unboxing video (package opening video) is required for all return or damage claims.

 

2. Return Process
  1. Contact us at aavyasilver@gmail.com within the 7-day return window.

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and the unboxing video.

  3. Once your request is approved, securely ship the product back to us.

  4. After inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 
3. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

  • If a coupon, discount, or offer was applied at the time of purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

 

4. Damaged or Wrong Item
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

  • Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund or provide store credit (as per your choice).

 

5. Important Notes
  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Aavya is not responsible for any damage caused during return shipping, so please ensure safe packaging.

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. Only returns and refunds are allowed.
