Welcome to Aavya. By accessing and shopping on our website www.aavyasilver.com , you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  • This website is owned and operated by Aavya.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

2. Placing an Order

  • Orders can be placed directly through our official website.

  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through secure payment gateways.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at select pin codes in India and may include an additional charge.

  • Gift packaging and handwritten notes can be added upon request at checkout.

 

3. Product Information

  • All jewellery is made in 92.5 sterling silver, unless otherwise mentioned.

  • We aim to display accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variations in colour, finish, polish, or size may occur due to screen differences and the handmade nature of jewellery.

  • Natural stones may have minor shade or texture variations.

  • Please check listed dimensions before purchasing, or contact us for details.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (India only): Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Shipping is free for prepaid orders unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Delivery partners will attempt twice before returning the parcel.

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Aavya is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

  • Do not accept a package if it appears tampered or damaged.

  • Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

 

5. Payments

  • Accepted payments: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Cash on delivery.

  • In case of duplicate charges, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Our Returns & Refund Policy is a separate document.

  • Please review it carefully Return policy.

 

7. Jewellery Care

  • Store jewellery in the ziplock or protective pouch provided. Avoid velvet, fabric, or wooden boxes.

  • Keep away from perfumes, sanitizers, soaps, water, and moisture.

  • Handle with care; silver jewellery is delicate and may break if mishandled.

  • Natural oxidation (tarnishing) of silver is normal; cleaning restores its shine.

 

8. Information Collection & Usage

  • We collect personal details provided during checkout or form submissions.

  • Information is used for order fulfillment, service improvement, and promotional communication via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

 
9. Limitation of Liability

  • Aavya is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our website or products.

  • Jewellery care is the customer’s responsibility; damage due to mishandling is not covered.
